Finance Business Partner Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum Location: London, Hybrid Role type: 12 month fixed term contract A leading and highly regulated organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its Finance function for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a visible and influential role, partnering with senior management and budget holders to provide financial insight, constructive challenge and forward-looking analysis that supports business performance and strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in strengthening financial accountability, improving management information and ensuring financial decisions are aligned with organisational priorities, governance requirements and value-for-money principles. The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will: Partner with senior stakeholders and budget holders, providing clear and commercially focused financial insight and challenge. Lead monthly performance reviews, including variance and trend analysis, identifying key risks, opportunities and performance drivers. Support annual budgeting, in-year forecasting and longer-term financial planning. Develop financial models and undertake scenario analysis to assess the impact of key decisions, pressures and investment opportunities.
