Reed Finance are working with a large business in Avonmouth recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a 15 month fixed term contract. The Role Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through insightful financial analysis, robust reporting, and proactive business partnering. Working closely with site and commercial leadership teams, you will provide challenge, support, and guidance to help achieve financial and operational objectives. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key business decisions while ensuring strong financial governance and control. Key Responsibilities Partner with site operations, commercial teams, and senior management to provide meaningful financial insight and support business performance. Analyse and communicate performance against key metrics, including EBITDA, cash flow, and capital expenditure. Prepare and deliver management accounts, budgets, forecasts, investment appraisals, and other financial reports within agreed timelines.
