Finance Assistant

Are you an organised finance professional with experience in financial administration and a keen eye for detail? We re looking for a Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team in Bangor, Gwynedd on a temporary, full-time basis.This is a great opportunity to put your finance skills to use in a varied role, supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.Key Responsibilities include: Process income journals, reconcile income and respond to till-related queries.Review outstanding debtor accounts, investigate unpaid invoices, resolve queries and issue statements.Liaise with relevant departments regarding hostel charges and process monthly journals.Reconcile petty cash and accounts at month-end, arranging payments where required.Provide general finance administration support, ensuring financial records are accurate and maintained efficiently.
