The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of the purchase ledger function across multiple sites, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently Preparing payments and managing supplier accounts, resolving any queries in a timely manner Completing bank reconciliations and supporting the Finance Manager with month-end activities Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring finance systems are kept up to date Assisting with employee expenses, basic reporting, and other day-to-day finance tasks Working closely with colleagues across other departments to support smooth business operations Supporting continuous improvements to financial processes and controls Personal Profile This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing transactional finance experience within a small, close-knit team.
