Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations, supporting reporting processes, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.What You''ll Be DoingManaging day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable and credit controlSupporting the production of monthly management accounts, including journals and reconciliationsCompleting bank and balance sheet reconciliationsSupporting the monthly payroll submission to an external bureauManaging finance inbox queries and responding to internal and external stakeholdersProviding basic training to colleagues on finance systems and processesMaintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with policiesSupporting external audits and liaising with auditors when requiredContributing to ongoing process improvements within the finance functionAbout YouAAT qualified or qualified by experienceMinimum 2 years'' experience within a finance roleStrong ..... full job details .....
