Finance Assistant
REED Accountancy are recruiting a Full Time Finance and Payroll Officer on a permanent basis for an expanding Home Services provider based near to Ringwood. This is a HYBRID Position with the ability to work from home part of the week once fully trained up.Please see details below: Finance and Payroll Office Permanent Role - £31,000 - £33,500 per annum 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday - FULL TIME / HYBRID Working Immediate Interview Duties: Payroll using Sage Payroll and Xero Provide administrative support to finance functions within a rapidly expanding homecare business.Working under the direction of the Finance Manager/ Operations Director in maintaining the ledgers for the business and its subsidiaries.Maintaining and recording financial records for the organisational bank accounts as well as managing accurate accounts receivable/payable records and bank reconciliations.Filing VAT and other regulatory returns for the business and its subsidiaries.Generating, processing and managing the invoices with our clients, managing credit control where necessary and liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure financial health of the business accounts.Process DevelopmentWork closely with the Ops Manager to develop and enhance financial processesRequirementAbility to self manage and work autonomouslyExperience with Xero and Sage Payroll Able to demonstrate being able to implement efficiencies and help create processes. ..... full job details .....
