Finance Assistant- hybrid

An urgent temp to perm Finance Assistant opportunity has arisen for a leading business based in Swindon. The role will be supporting their friendly accounts department with a range of accounts administration tasks.
 
Key duties of the position will include;
 

• Processing and inputting invoices on to the accounting system
• Liaising with suppliers in relation to invoice and payment queries
• Setting up supplier payments
• Performing account reconciliations
• Managing the email query inbox
• Assisting with staff expenses
• Supporting the team with credit control and sales ledger activities

 
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills & experience:
 

• Prior knowledge and experience of purchase ledger / accounts payable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Friendly and confident communications skills
• Able to work well within a team
• Competent IT skills
