Finance and Admin Assistant

This SME business in Stockport are looking to recruit a Finance and Admin Assistant - for 5 days a week but part time. Part time can look like 9.30am to 3pm or 8.30am to 2pm the client is flexible , they would like cover daily.
The role will be based in Stockport – 4 days a week role - initially in the office then 2 at home
The role will involve:
Helping set up all the administrative elements of a new start up
Office Administration Experience
Minute Taking
Maintain office systems, records, and procedures.
Admin Support Chasing PO, invoicing,
Admin Support for Sales
Finance Experience
Help set up the system for the new start up company including inputting and reconciling information
Experience of :
Vat Returns
Book-keeping
Purchase ledger
Credit control
Required Experience:
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Intermediate and above Excel skills.
CIS experience would be highly desirable
A curious nature with the ability to ask questions and challenge as required.
The ability to work well as part of a friendly team whilst still being effective independently.
