Finance Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Office Based Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (09:00 to 17:00)Job Summary We are seeking a driven Financial Analyst to join our client to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality financial planning and analysis across the business. In this role, you will take full PandL month-end ownership for the regional branch and lead monthly and quarterly submissions to the wider Group. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will also lead two direct reports within the billing function. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering forecasts, budgeting, and effective performance monitoring, while confidently translating the numbers and presenting key messages to senior stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth-End and Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely monthly sales flash reporting to the Group. Provide high-quality analysis of PandL performance, take ownership of specific balance sheet accounts (accruals, prepayments, deferrals), and deliver insightful overhead analysis.Forecasting: Partner with the Sales department to produce robust company forecasts.
