We''re recruiting for an exciting Finance Analyst opportunity within a highly respected organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation. This is more than a reporting role. You''ll be at the heart of the business, delivering meaningful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making and helping shape future performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Owning key month-end processes, including accruals, reporting and analysis.
• Producing insightful reporting that helps drive business performance.
• Partnering with stakeholders across both finance and operational teams.
• Analysing financial data, identifying trends and investigating variances.
• Supporting Capex reporting and forecasting activities.
• Reviewing data quality and helping maintain accurate business information.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes.
• Supporting business-critical projects and delivering ad-hoc analysis when required.

You''ll ideally have:

• Progression towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
• Strong month-end, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills, including pivots and reporting.
• The confidence to challenge, influence and communicate with non-finance stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and desire to continuously improve processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using ERP or finance systems.
