Finance Analyst - Banking and Cash Management

SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst - Banking and Cash Management to join a busy finance team, working a hybrid pattern on a temporary basis until the end of December, with the potential to extend depending on business requirements. SAP experience essential Salary: £30,000 Location: Nottingham Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week Hybrid - 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) Contract: Temporary until the end of December, with potential to extend This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional with SAP experience and a strong background in banking, reconciliations and month-end accounting. You''ll be supporting the wider finance function, ensuring cash balances are accurate, discrepancies are investigated and financial information is reported in a timely manner. The role will include: Banking and reconciliations - Monitoring daily bank balances and cash positions. - Reconciling bank accounts and cash balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies. - Carrying out monthly cash reconciliations across multiple bank accounts. - Managing mismatches, aged balances and out-of-balance positions through to resolution. - Supporting banking transactions and responding to bank-related queries. Month-end and financial accounting - Preparing and posting month-end journal entries in SAP. - Preparing and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations for cash accounts. - Ensuring reconciliation items are appropriately supported, reviewed ..... full job details .....
