Finance & Operations Coordinator - hybrid - media

Finance & Operations Coordinator is required by this leading media business to work across a breadth of responsibilities within finance operations, commercial operations, people operations, and office management. It is a role of real breadth and genuine ownership. You''ll have clear accountability for these areas of the business, with the opportunity to shape how they work and grow the role as you grow. The business has made it very clear that this is not just a support role, you will bring structure, momentum and good judgement to drive the operations that keep them running smoothly.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Office Management & Team Events
• Run the office, including facilities, supplies, deliveries and maintenance issues, making it a great environment for our team and our visitors
• Own the events and social calendar, organising team events, assisting with customer events and making things happen
• Finance operations including, owning all customer invoicing, lead credit control and manage company expenses, whilst supporting the payment run processes monthly
• Commercial and Revenue Operations to include - supplier onboarding, portal management.
• People operations to include, hiring/onboarding logistic support, HR systems administration - acting as the first point of contact for day-day operations queries
