Finance and Administration Support Officer - Part-time 4-days per week, London office based - Initial 3-month temp.The OpportunityOur client, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Finance and Administration Support Officer to provide essential financial and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance administration who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a purpose-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing payments, invoices, and receipts.Maintaining accurate financial records and account statements.Recording donations and assisting with income allocations.Inputting data and carrying out compliance checks.Supporting general office administration, including phones and post.The CandidatePrevious experience in finance administration or a similar role.Knowledge of payment processing, banking, or financial monitoring systems.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Numerate, with the ability to identify discrepancies.Confident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).Why Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing not-for-profit where you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.
