Field Sales Manager OA are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to join our client s highly successfulhealthcare services company.Our client has an exciting new employment opportunity in a field sales role in which the successful applicant would form part of a very friendly and highly ambitious team within a fast moving and dynamic business environment.Location: Southern England covering Hampshire/Dorset/WiltshireHours: Monday to Friday. 8:30 5:30. Remote working as the role is field based.Salary: OTE £45,000 (uncapped) incorporating Basic Salary £27,000Field Sales Manager Benefits Annual BonusEV Scheme Electric Car or Car AllowanceGym membershipCostco cardFree eye testWellbeing programme Field Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of at least 200 active retail pharmacy accounts, while reactivating lapsed customers.Build strong relationships with existing customers, delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities to grow sales.Generate new business across the pharmacy sector, identifying opportunities in new and existing markets.Increase order values and expand product ranges across pharmacy accounts.Conduct 6-8 customer visits per day, driving new sales, account growth and product category expansion.Achieve demanding but realistic sales targets across an established territory.Identify market opportunities and adapt sales strategies to the evolving pharmacy landscape.
