Territory: PE, NN & LE Postcodes (Peterborough, Northampton, Leicester & Surrounding Areas)

Salary: -28,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE -38,000+) + Company Car + Pension + 32 Days Holiday

Hours: Monday to Friday | No Weekends

Are you an ambitious Field Sales Executive, Parts Advisor, Area Sales Representative, Territory Sales Executive, or Inside or External Sales professional?

We''re recruiting for a market-leading supplier looking for a motivated sales professional to manage an established territory across the PE, NN and LE postcode areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business that offers full product training, career progression and uncapped earning potential.

Previous experience within the automotive aftermarket would be advantageous as my client sells specialist product into the accident repair, work shop and automotive body shop sector but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with successful B2B product sales experience from engineering, manufacturing, industrial supplies, construction products, technical products, distribution, merchanting or similar sectors.

Full product training included.

The Role

• Managing and growing an established customer portfolio.
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Visiting trade and commercial customers across your territory.
• Demonstrating products and identifying customer needs.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Planning your own diary and managing your sales territory.
• Achieving sales targets and business objectives.

About You

You''ll ideally have:

• Experience in B2B field sales, external/internal sales or business development.
• Experience selling products to business customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, target-driven approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• A full UK driving licence.
