You will work closely with operational teams, cleaning staff and clients to coordinate daily activities, monitor performance and resolve any service issues.You will also be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety requirements are followed, supporting staff development and providing practical leadership across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor cleaning services across commercial sites to ensure agreed standards are consistently maintained.Carry out regular cleaning audits and inspections.Coordinate with operational staff to prioritise and plan daily workloads.Monitor cleaning contracts and report any issues to the appropriate manager.Support and supervise cleaning staff to ensure excellent frontline service.Respond to customer requests, concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.Identify potential service problems and take proactive action to resolve them.Provide and facilitate training ..... full job details .....
