Financial Institutions Customer Success Manager . This is a
fixed term contract , ideally suited for someone ready to step into a customer-facing role and hit the ground running.We are looking for a driven and organised individual to manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of key Financial Institution clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the FI Account Manager and Head of FI to ensure exceptional service delivery, drive operational improvement, and support client engagement and satisfaction.Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day contact for BAU (Business As Usual) support across multiple Financial Institution accounts.Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and service excellence.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.Lead or support client service reviews and ensure timely, accurate MI reporting.Conduct internal estate analysis to identify process improvements and revenue opportunities.Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for client needs internally.Qualifications
Experience in customer-facing or operational roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Hours:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per weekSeniority level
