Female Support Worker

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Female Support Worker to support a delightful 20-year-old young woman with complex care needs (Kyphoscoliosis) in her own home in Haverfordwest. She enjoys a calm environment and appreciates spending time reading, watching films and engaging in relaxed activities. This is a rewarding one-to-one role where you''ll have the opportunity to build a positive, professional relationship and provide person-centred care that helps her live safely and comfortably at home. About the Role: Your responsibilities will include: - Providing high-quality personal care. - Supporting daily routines and promoting independence wherever possible. - Assisting with evening routines and spending quality time with the client through quiet activities such as reading or watching films. - Maintaining the client''s safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout your shift. - Working closely with the wider care team while maintaining professional boundaries. Working in the Family Home: This role is based within a private family home where there are well-established household routines and expectations. The family are closely involved in the client''s care and value consistency, professionalism and high standards of infection prevention.
