Female Healthcare Assistant

Newark Recruitment is currently recruiting Support Workers on behalf of a care provider supporting adults with a range of care and support needs. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them develop their independence, maintain their wellbeing and participate in everyday activities. You will work closely with the care team to ensure individuals receive safe, respectful and high-quality support tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities Providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of support needs Promoting independence, dignity, choice and control in daily life Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required Assisting with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs or other complex needs Encouraging participation in social, recreational and community activities Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access community services Following individual support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures Providing emotional support and promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing Supporting individuals to develop life skills and maintain their independence Communicating effectively with individuals, colleagues and other professionals Monitoring and reporting any changes in an individual''s health, behaviour or wellbeing Maintaining a safe, clean and supportive environment Working ..... full job details .....
