Our client, a rapidly growing heavy fabrication and welding business based in Stockport, is seeking to add an experienced Faro Arm Inspector / CMM Programmer to their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections using Faro Arm or CMM to verify components and products against technical specifications. Operate and program CMM for precise measurements and quality assurance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure all components meet quality standards. Document inspection results and communicate any non-conformances or issues found during inspection. Assist with problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe and organised workspace. Requirements: Proven experience as a Faro Arm Inspector or CMM Programmer within a fabrication or welding environment. Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using Faro Arms, CMM equipment, and experience with Polyworks software (other software will also be considered) Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
