Are you an experienced Faro Arm Inspector or CMM Programmer looking for a new challenge? Our client, a rapidly growing heavy fabrication and welding business based in Stockport, is seeking to add an experienced Faro Arm Inspector / CMM Programmer to their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections using Faro Arm or CMM to verify components and products against technical specifications.
• Operate and program CMM for precise measurements and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure all components meet quality standards.
• Document inspection results and communicate any non-conformances or issues found during inspection.
• Assist with problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and organised workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Faro Arm Inspector or CMM Programmer within a fabrication or welding environment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using Faro Arms, CMM equipment, and experience with Polyworks software (other software will also be considered)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Stockport.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
