Family Law Solicitor - Divorce - Up to £90,000 salaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a top-tier Legal 500 law firm in Manchester, offering specialist family law advice to clients from all backgrounds, including many high-net-worth individuals.Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking a technically strong and experienced Family Lawyer to come in and assist the Divorce and Ancillary Relief team with a pre-existing caseload of high-quality work. There is a steady flow of high-quality, pre-existing Divorce and Ancillary Relief work within the department. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded Family Law matters, including Divorce, Separation, Ancillary Relief, Businesses/Pension in Divorce, Pre and Post Nuptial agreements, Cohabitation agreements and more.

Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of privately funded Family Law matters, including Divorce, Separation, Ancillary Relief, Businesses/Pension in Divorce, Pre and Post Nuptial agreements, Cohabitation agreements and more.

Qualifications

Family Associate / Senior Associate with 2-5 years of post qualification experience

Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals or complex finances

Experience dealing with divorce and ancillary relief is essential

Ability to manage a varied caseload from inception to completion

Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
