You’ll report directly to the Legal Director of Residential Property, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of efficient, well-managed, and high-quality legal services. You’ll work alongside a high-performing team to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, from pre-exchange through to completion. This is a hands-on role that allows you to contribute to the continued growth and success of a thriving department.Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchasesAdvise clients including high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of property transactionsHandle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervisionProvide mentoring and support to junior members of the teamDeliver exceptional client service, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsEngage in business development and networking initiatives to support team growthCandidate Profile

5+ years PQE in residential propertyExcellent technical and procedural knowledgeA track record of managing a full conveyancing caseload independentlyStrong communication and organisation skillsA team-oriented attitude and a passion for mentoring othersA commercial mindset and drive for development and client careBenefits
