Reading Full-Time Hybrid Working Available Are you a Family Solicitor looking to develop your career within a supportive and well-established family law team? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate solicitor to join our growing Family Department, handling a varied caseload of both public law care proceedings and private family law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1-4 years'' PQE to work alongside experienced family lawyers in a respected firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal advice and representation. The Role You will manage a diverse caseload covering both publicly funded and privately funded family law matters, with a particular focus on Legal Aid work. Your responsibilities will include: Representing parents in public law children matters, including: Pre-proceedings Public Law Outline (PLO) cases Care proceedings Handling private family law matters, including: Child arrangements disputes Specific issue and prohibited steps applications Applications under the Family Law Act Advising and assisting clients funded through both Legal Aid and private funding arrangements Managing your own caseload efficiently and independently Attending court hearings, conferences and client meetings Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client care About You We are keen to hear from solicitors who: Have 1-4 years'' PQE in Family Law Possess experience handling both public and private family law ..... full job details .....
