OVERVIEW:
• Join a specialist divorce and finance team, handling a varied caseload of family matters.
• Advise clients throughout the divorce and separation process, including associated financial matters.
• Deal with child arrangements, cohabitation issues, prenuptial agreements and other financial interests.
• Prepare and review legal documentation and negotiate financial settlements.
• Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors with 2+ years’ post qualification experience.
• Previous experience dealing with a broad range of family matters is essential.
• Confident managing your own caseload while providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client care.
• Strong communication, organisation and case management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
