Location: Bradford City Centre
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time (Part-time considered)
Salary: Depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week, with a one-hour lunch break)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join a busy Family Department based in Bradford City Centre.

This role is suited to an organised and proactive individual who can work effectively under pressure, manage their own workload, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Provide secretarial support to a busy Family Law team.

• Audio transcription and accurate document production.

• Maintain files and support fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Use the firm''s case management system to manage matters efficiently.

• Work with the Legal Aid CCMS website and MyHMCTS where required.

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a law firm is essential.

• A minimum of two years'' experience supporting Family proceedings is preferred.

• Strong audio typing and touch-typing skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience using a case management system is essential.

• Knowledge of the Legal Aid CCMS website and MyHMCTS is desirable.

• Salary dependent on experience.

• 25 day''s annual leave plus bank holidays.

• Friendly working environment.

• Full-time hours (35 hours per week), with part-time applications also considered.

Work Location: Office-based, Bradford City Centre.
