This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a diverse and challenging caseload, with a strong emphasis on litigated family law matters. You\''ll work closely with clients on issues including financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes, and high-conflict separations - often involving significant assets and international considerations.You\''ll be joining a supportive and ambitious team that values strategic thinking, client care, and courtroom excellence.Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead on complex family law cases, particularly those involving litigationRepresent clients in court, including financial and children proceedingsAdvise on divorce, separation, and cohabitation disputesDraft and negotiate pre- and post-nuptial agreementsProvide clear, empathetic, and commercially sound legal adviceMentor junior solicitors and contribute to the firm\''s growth and reputationThe Successful Applicant

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE in Family LawStrong litigation experience, particularly in financial remedy and children mattersExcellent advocacy and negotiation skillsA client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage high-value, complex cases independentlyA collaborative mindset and commitment to excellenceWhat\''s on Offer
