Head Of Family Law

Pentagon Recruitment Ltd are working closely with a well-established Law firm who have offices across Central London. They are looking for a highly experienced Solicitor to take on the leadership of the Family Law department.This firm is looking for a diligent, confident, driven and experienced solicitor to fill the role of Head of Family Law. You will work closely with the other Partners, helping to continue expanding the family team.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the department and will manage a varied caseload to include divorce, separation agreements, domestic violence, financial disputes, nuptial agreements, children matters and care proceedings. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the supervision and training of the junior members of your team.Responsibilities

Lead the Family Law department and work with Partners to expand the team.Manage a varied caseload including divorce, separation agreements, domestic violence, financial disputes, nuptial agreements, children matters and care proceedings.Supervise and train junior members of the team.Requirements

Private Family Law Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE.Extensive experience in all aspects of private family law.Strong technical knowledge.Good case management experience.Risk management skills.Interest and ability in business development.Excellent interpersonal skills.Exemplary client care skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Salary and Benefits: £80,000 to £85,000 ..... full job details .....
