Responsibilities

Manage and lead on complex family law cases, particularly those involving litigation

Represent clients in court, including financial and children proceedings

Advise on divorce, separation, and cohabitation disputes

Draft and negotiate pre- and post-nuptial agreements

Provide clear, empathetic, and commercially sound legal advice

Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to the firm\''s growth and reputation

Profile

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE in Family Law

Strong litigation experience, particularly in financial remedy and children matters

Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills

A client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage high-value, complex cases independently

A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence
