Senior Family Lawyer- Nottingham (Hybrid)An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its growing Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a high-performing and forward-thinking department handling a broad range of privately funded family matters. Some travel and occasional out-of-hours work may be required for business development, networking, meetings, and training purposes.The successful candidate will have strong experience dealing with high-net-worth financial matters, Children Act proceedings, and a wide range of family law issues. The firm is looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about delivering an excellent client experience.The RoleResponsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload covering all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial remedy matters, Children Act proceedings, TOLATA disputes, injunctive relief, and elements of international family law.Advising on preventative family law matters, including pre-nuptial agreements.Supporting the continued growth and profile of the Family department through business development and networking activities.Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of client care.Working collaboratively within the wider team while also managing matters independently with minimal supervision.Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where ..... full job details .....
