Factory Operative

Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a busy production environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous manufacturing, warehouse, packing or production experience, as well as those looking to learn new skills. Duties of Factory Operative:Packing finished products ready for dispatchCarrying out basic assembly workOperating production machinery after trainingLabelling products and preparing ordersCompleting basic quality checksKeeping the work area clean and organisedWorking as part of a team to meet daily targets Ideal Applicant:Previous factory, production, warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not essentialReliable with good timekeepingA positive attitude and willingness to learnAble to follow instructions and health and safety proceduresComfortable with manual handlingGood team-working skills Hours:Monday to Friday7:30am - 4:30pmEarly finish every FridayFull-time hours 12.71 per hourWeekly pay through Prime AppointmentsOngoing temporary position with potential for long-term workFree on-site parkingFull training provided If you''re looking for an ongoing Factory Operative position in Witham with regular Monday to Friday hours, apply today with your up-to-date CV. ..... full job details .....
