Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the production of high-quality rubber components. Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery involved in the production of rubber hoses and components Preparing and handling raw materials for manufacturing processes Assisting with assembly, finishing, and quality checking of products Following technical instructions and production schedules Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Adhering to company procedures and Health and Safety regulations Supporting the wider production team as required Hours Mon to Thurs (phone number removed)pm Pay £12.71ph Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred) Experience working with rubber, plastics, or similar materials (advantageous) Good attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work as part of a team and independently Strong work ethic and reliability ..... full job details .....
