Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the production of high-quality rubber components.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery involved in the production of rubber hoses and components
• Preparing and handling raw materials for manufacturing processes
• Assisting with assembly, finishing, and quality checking of products
• Following technical instructions and production schedules
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to company procedures and Health & Safety regulations
• Supporting the wider production team as required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Experience working with rubber, plastics, or similar materials (advantageous)
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
