Factory Operative

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in Poole.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical mindset who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without previous factory experience.

The Role:

• Assembling and manufacturing products using hand tools.
• Working with sealing equipment and production materials.
• Following instructions and manufacturing guidelines.
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working as part of a team to meet production requirements.

• Previous factory, manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with their hands.
• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
• Able to follow instructions and work to set standards.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
