Factory Operative

A well-established and growing manufacturing business specialising in the production of high-quality outdoor products is seeking a Factory Operative to join their production team. This is a temporary to permanent role with excellent progression and training opportunities. The company is based in Poole and recognised for delivering durable, well-crafted products and maintaining high standards, due to continued growth, they are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support their factory operations. This position is working Monday to Friday, a day shift and paying 13ph. Duties for the Successful Factory OperativeAssisting within manufacturing and assembly Working with a variety of materials and hand tools within the factory environmentCarrying out fabrication, fettling, and finishing work to company standardsSupporting paint shop activities, including preparation and finishing of productsReading and following production drawings and instructionsEnsuring products are manufactured accurately and efficientlyCarrying out quality checks on completed productsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working areaSupporting the wider production team to meet deadlines and production targetsExperience Required to be Considered for the Factory Operative RolePrevious experience within a manufacturing or factory environment essential Experience in fabrication, fettling, or paint shop work would be highly advantageousGood practical and hands-on skillsAbility to use hand and ..... full job details .....
