Job - Factory Cleaner

Rotating shifts,

Week 1

Monday - Friday ( 6am until 2pm )

Week 2

Monday - Friday ( 2pm until 10pm )

Hourly rate -12.50 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join the team in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of health and safety standards and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all health and safety practices and procedures
• Demonstrate awareness of GxP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Follow cleaning schedules and SOPs accurately
• Operate cleaning equipment (preferred)
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Meet performance criteria and work to timed schedules
• Identify own training needs and show a positive attitude toward learning
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with GMP standards

Required Training/Skills:

• COSHH trained
• HSE awareness
• Previous experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to work rotating shifts
