Job - Factory Cleaner Rotating shifts,Week 1Monday - Friday ( 6am until 2pm )Week 2Monday - Friday ( 2pm until 10pm )Hourly rate 12.50 per hour We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join the team in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of health and safety standards and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Adhere to all health and safety practices and proceduresDemonstrate awareness of GxP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standardsMaintain high levels of personal hygiene and professional appearanceFollow cleaning schedules and SOPs accuratelyOperate cleaning equipment (preferred)Work effectively both independently and as part of a teamMeet performance criteria and work to timed schedulesIdentify own training needs and show a positive attitude toward learningEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with GMP standardsRequired Training/Skills:COSHH trainedHSE awarenessPrevious experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment (preferred)Ability to work rotating shiftsAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
