About the Role
Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to oversee facilities services across schools, offices, community centres and other public buildings throughout Edinburgh. This full-time, fixed-term contract pays £21.56 per hour for 36 hours weekly. The role involves leading and coordinating facilities management, managing contractors and in-house teams, ensuring legislative compliance, driving service improvements, resolving operational issues, and maintaining asset records. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence; facilities management leadership experience is desirable alongside strong communication and IT abilities. PVG Membership is required, costing £59 for a new application or £18 for an update.
