As part of Ofgem''s -29+ billion "Pathway to 2030" program, their work includes constructing new substations and hundreds of kilometers of high-voltage overhead lines and underground cables to connect renewable energy to the national grid.

Whats in Store for you:

As a Groundwork Team Leader / Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project.-

What your day will include:

• Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.-
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met.
• Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity.
• Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.

What we need from you:

• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Previous experience supervising Groundworks projects-
• In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques
• Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage.
• Strong communicator
• Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
• Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
• UK driving licence.
