Facilities Supervisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join a leading defence and aerospace organisation supporting secure operational environments across the UK.Based primarily in Havant, this role is focused on the coordination, supervision, and management of facilities maintenance activities across office and laboratory environments. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and external contractors, you''ll ensure that all maintenance, compliance, and facilities operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Supervising day-to-day facilities and maintenance operationsManaging external contractors and ensuring work is completed to required standardsReviewing RAMS and issuing permits to workMonitoring statutory inspections and ensuring compliance completionManaging workflows through the CMMS system (Maximo / IBM TRIRIGA)Reviewing maintenance reports and certification for accuracy and complianceSupporting facilities project handovers and asset registration processesAssisting with the ongoing development and rollout of the CMMS platformCoordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring repairs are completed on timeSupporting health and safety compliance across facilities operationsEssential Skills and ExperiencePrevious supervisory or management experience within a facilities or maintenance environmentExperience within facilities management or a related field, ideally within defence or highly ..... full job details .....
