You will be involved in:Provides direction of daily operations as requiredFirst line responsibility for safety, review of RAMs, issues permits etc Efficiently deliver the maintenance activities utilising the external contractors including monitoring and reporting on issuesEnsures all statutory inspections completed on time for assets under facilities control/monitors landlord completionDevelops and improve maintenance job plans for facilities assetsChecks returned reports and certificates for accurate and correct content before submitting for CMMS closure/arranging additional or remedial workAct as facilities representation for project handover/acceptance of new plantCollection of asset registration data and supports the ..... full job details .....
