Facilities Operative / FLT DriverLocation: ST4 Stoke on TrentWorking schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am - 1:30pm FridayRate of pay: 13.06phContract type: Temporary Adecco are looking for a reliable and adaptable Facilities Operative with an FLT certificate to help keep our client''s factory safe, clean and well-maintained. This is a temporary position for an expected 4 weeks initially. Key Responsibilities:Site housekeeping, cleaning and general maintenanceEmptying waste bins and managing recyclingCarrying out site inspections and reporting maintenance issuesBasic repairs, painting and DIY tasksGrounds maintenance of internal and external areas Maintaining welfare areas, facilities and replenishments of supplies on site where needed, supporting between the contract cleaning activites. Supporting contractors, engineering and site improvement projects - e.g the safe movement, relocation or installation of equipment, furniture and other items.Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all timesUse of FLT where neededIdeal Candidate:Practical, hands-on approachExperience in facilities, maintenance or industrial environmentsAble to carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasksGood awareness of health and safetyReliable and proactive with a strong work ethic This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping facilities running smoothly and takes pride in maintaining high site standards.
