Maintenance Operative / Handyman

Job Title: Maintenance Operative Location: Across multiple sites in Sefton and Liverpool Salary: £(phone number removed) £27495 (depending on experience) Contract Type: Full Time New Start is a family-run, not-for-profit organisation, providing residential and supported accommodation services for vulnerable adults, families, children, and young people. We deliver a diverse range of homelessness projects and temporary housing solutions, helping some of the most complex and disadvantaged groups across Merseyside. Job Summary: To carry out minor repairs, painting, decorating, and basic maintenance tasks across our properties in Sefton and Liverpool. The role will be primarily based at our hostel and move on accommodation in Southport, with occasional travel to support maintenance activities at our Liverpool properties as required. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents by ensuring our properties are kept in good repair and maintained to a high standard. Your work will contribute to providing quality accommodation and promoting the wellbeing of the vulnerable people we support.
