The role covers operations, contractors, health and safety, and support with budgets and service charges.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationsManage daily estate operations and service deliveryOversee cleaning, security, maintenance, grounds, and waste servicesMaintain high estate standards and appearanceManage repairs, maintenance, and resident requestsCustomer ServiceDeliver excellent service to residents and occupiersHandle feedback and resolve complaints quicklyCommunicate updates on works and disruptionsBuild strong relationships with residents and stakeholdersContractor ManagementManage suppliers and contractors on siteEnsure compliance with contracts, KPIs, and safety proceduresConduct reviews, audits, and performance meetingsApprove permits, RAMS, and safe systems of workHealth and SafetyEnsure compliance with HandS, fire, and legal requirementsMonitor risk assessments and safety actionsCarry out site inspections and manage incidentsOversee emergency proceduresFinance SupportAssist with budgets and cost controlSupport service charge management and reportingReview supplier costs and identify savingsReporting and AdminMaintain accurate records ..... full job details .....
