Facilities Manager We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and operational efficiency of its facilities in Theale. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all building services, infrastructure, contractor management, health and safety compliance, and facilities-related projects. The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment while supporting future business growth. Key Responsibilities Facilities and Building Management Health, Safety and Compliance Contractor and Supplier Management. Project Management. Budget and Cost Control Business Continuity and Risk Management Sustainability and Continuous Improvement Leadership and Stakeholder Management Skills Essential Proven experience in a Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Estates Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of facilities management principles, building maintenance, and compliance requirements. Experience managing contractors and external service providers. Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management. Experience managing facilities budgets and controlling costs. Strong organisational and project management skills.
