Facilities Manager

Our client is seeking a technically strong and driven Facilities Manager to oversee operations at a high-spec, large-scale residential asset (320+ units and 13,000+ sq ft of commercial space) within the rapidly growing Build-to-Rent sector.Working closely with senior operational leadership, you will take full ownership of the building''s performance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional resident experience, and full compliance across all MandE systems and statutory requirements.
