Do you thrive on a busy schedule, managing multiple sites and projects?We''re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage our cluster of buildings: Centro Buildings, Exmouth House, Ink Rooms and Clerkenwell Workshops.With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule.You will work with your on-site Centre Management and Facilities Technicians, to deliver a comprehensive you will provide a comprehensive team and customer centric FM delivery.What we need from youRelevant previous job experienceVocational training - NEBOSH and FM industry QualificationProficient in Microsoft Office Excellent organisation and time managementSuperb people skillsEnergy and passionKey DutiesManagement of Building Services, maintaining building fabric and a high standard of décor and housekeepingHealth, Safety and Compliance of your BuildingsDriving Sustainability, Energy ..... full job details .....
