We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This senior role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of facilities management services across our housing stock, offices, and community buildings. You will ensure our buildings are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards, while supporting our wider goals around sustainability and customer satisfaction.You will lead a team and manage a mix of in-house and external contractors, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. The role also involves budget planning, supplier performance management, and regular engagement with tenants and stakeholders to ensure services are responsive and transparent.Responsibilities
Oversee delivery of facilities management services across housing stock, offices, and community buildings.Lead a team and manage in-house and external contractors for planned and reactive maintenance.Manage budget planning and supplier performance; engage with tenants and stakeholders to ensure responsive and transparent services.Qualifications / Experience
Strong track record in managing property services across diverse portfolios.Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities; comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.Professional qualifications in facilities management; experience in housing or public sector settings preferred.Benefits and Expectations
