Facilities Manager for Hospitality Group Location: Surbiton with occasional travel between local sites, must be able to drive Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmSalary: £40k to £45k, plus parking, pension, employee discounts on all sites and 28 days holiday plus annual bonus package (£53k OTE) and free on-site gym!Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee engineering, facilities, and maintenance operations across a growing portfolio of 4 hospitality sites (all local within the area).This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance and Facilities professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering safe, compliant, and well-maintained properties that support exceptional guest experiences.Overview: Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering and maintenance across the group, ensuring properties remain compliant, safe, and operationally efficient.You will lead preventative maintenance programmes (PPM), oversee reactive maintenance, manage contractors, support refurbishment projects, and drive energy efficiency initiatives across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Engineering and Maintenance - manage all maintenance operations including building services, PPM and reactive maintenance issues.Compliance, Health and Safety - ensure full compliance and conduct risk assessments.Leadership and Team Management - lead ..... full job details .....
