The development offers an unrivalled range of resident amenities, including a luxury spa, swimming pool, fitness suite and private cinema. As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all building services, ensuring statutory compliance is maintained, service partners consistently perform to the highest standards, and all mechanical and electrical systems operate efficiently.You will be rewarded with a salary of up to 70,000 plus company benefit which will include a 10% bonus.This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading organisation that specialises in managing some of the capital''s most luxurious residential assets.
